Alto Frio has a variety of accommodations for groups of varying sizes.
Hotels
Rate: $96/night per room (for a 2 or more nights stay). $125/night per room for a 1-night stay.
Rio Frio
Our Rio Frio Hotel facility is located on a ridge overlooking the Frio River. The facility has 32 hotel rooms, a courtyard with an antique windmill, and a deck where guests can relax in a rocking chair and watch the river. Rooms are equipped with either 2 queen size beds or a king size bed.
Rollins
Our Rollins Hotel facility is centrally located on campus, within easy walking distance from the Dining Hall, gym, swimming pool, and Conference Building. The facility has 2 meeting spaces, a kitchen, and 10 hotel rooms. Each room has one queen size bed and 2 twin beds.
All hotel rooms come with towels and linens.
Private Dorms
The following dorm facilities may be rented by groups as a private dorm
Rate: $96/night per room (for a 2 or more nights stay). $125/night per room for a 1-night stay.
*Maximum of 4 People Per Room. Dorm rate of $27/night per person will be charged for 5+ guests in these rooms.
Cypress 1-12
Cypress Dorm features a large, multi-purpose meeting space and kitchen, surrounded by 12 dorm rooms. 10 rooms have one queen bed and 4 bunks (9 beds total). 2 rooms are handicap accessible with one king bed and 4 twins.
River Bluff 1-8
These 8 rooms at River Bluff each have a queen bed and 3 bunk beds (7 beds total).
Guests staying in Private Dorms must provide their own twin sized bedding and towels.
Dorms
Rate: $27 per person/night.
Alto Frio has over 700 dorm beds, spread across almost a dozen dorm facilities. Each dorm facility is equipped with air conditioning, in addition to standard bathroom and shower rooms.
119: 26 beds in rooms A & C (total of 52 beds). Room B is a medium size conference room.
135: 32 beds in rooms A & C (total of 64 beds). Room B is a large conference room. 135 also features a kitchen.
211: 22 beds in rooms A & C (total of 44 beds). Room B is a large conference room.
301: 26 beds in rooms A & C (total of 52 beds). Room B is a large conference room.
341: 24 beds in rooms A & C (total of 48 beds). Room B is a large conference room.
401: 26 beds in rooms A & C (total of 52 beds). Room B is a medium conference room.
501: 16 beds in room A, 14 beds in room C (total of 30 beds). Room B is a medium conference room.
River Bluff: 22 beds in Rooms 201 & 204, 24 beds in Rooms 202 & 204, 7 beds in Rooms 1-8 (total of 148 beds).
Rollins: 22 beds in Rooms 101-106 (total of 132 beds). Rollins A is a large conference room with a kitchen, Rollins B is a medium conference room.
Cypress: 9 beds in Room 1-4, 6-7, 9-12. Rooms 5 & 8 are handicap accessible with 5 beds each. (total of 100 beds). Cypress features a large conference room with a kitchen.

Family Cabins
At Alto Frio, family is important. We have 5 family cabins on our camp ground. Each cabin features a queen bed, 1-3 twin beds or bunks, a living area with a sofa, a kitchen, and one bathroom. Like the motel rooms, the family cabins and private rooms come with linens included.
Rate: $132 per room/night.
Conference Buildings
N. Tabernacle
North Tabernacle is a large indoor conference center which seats 500. It features a full stage, lighting, audio, and television screens. You can also request ahead of time for the center to be set up in alternative ways, such as an indoor recreation area.
S. Tabernacle
Our oldest worship center on the campground, South Tabernacle is Alto Frio's most recognizable landmark. It features a full stage, lighting, audio, television screens, and a full sound booth. It can seat 1000 people. This is where most summer camps hold their evening worship services.
Conference Building
This building features four separate conference areas with a kitchen in the middle. Room 2A can seat 300 and has a basic 16 channel sound system and television screens. 2B seats 150 and comes with a basic 16 channel sound system. 2C seats 100.

Pastor’s Cabin
Come. Rest. Revive.
Ministry is tough. It's easy to get burned out, or to start feeling isolated. It's even harder on your spouse and kids. Let us help you or your minister retreat into the hills to pray and rest.
Alto Frio has 2 pastor’s cabins which can accommodate individuals, couples, or small families. With one queen sized bed, a day bed, and a trundle under the day bed, each can sleep up to four people. Both cabins feature a full kitchen, a small dining table, a bathroom with a shower, and plenty of places to sit and relax.
The Pastor's Cabin is open to all paid ministerial staff and their families. If you belong to one of the six Baptist associations that financially support Alto Frio, you may book and use it free of charge. If you don't, it is just a $25 fee.
Note: The Pastor's Cabin is reserved for ministers and their families to use as a private getaway. It may not be used for lodging while attending an event. Free stay is limited to 3 nights, once a year.
