This form is to be completed by your church group leader. Another form will be shared with each group leader to register the individuals from the church group. 

Alto Frio will only take Deposits and Payments for the whole group from the group leader/church. Individuals should make their payments to their local church. 

STEP ONE: Fill out the GROUP REGISTRATION FORM

STEP TWO: PAY DEPOSITS FOR THE LADIES YOU ARE BRINGING

Group Registrations require a $20 deposit per person. 

We will hold the number of rooms you request for up to 10 days after receiving the completed Group Registration Form. If we have not received deposits demonstrating you need the number of rooms you have requested, we may have to release some of your rooms.
