Wi-Fi Policy

Alto Frio Baptist Camp provides Wi-Fi services for camp business and as a courtesy to assist with essential programs and communication for our camps and private events. Wi-Fi is not provided to our guests for entertainment purposes and we encourage our guests to “unplug” while they are here.

Essential functions include the following: downloads of music/videos/programs/etc., to be used for worships services or Bible studies, inter-staff communication, and those things deemed necessary by the camp or event director.

Event directors will be provided with Wi-Fi login information and will be responsible for distributing that information to the appropriate event personnel. Alto Frio staff WILL NOT BE ABLE to give out Wi-Fi information.

In the event of an emergency, parents can call the Alto Frio office at 830-232-5271 to leave a message or can send a private message to the Alto Frio Facebook account. Church leaders are also encouraged to set up a communication system with parents.

Because Alto Frio’s total bandwidth is limited, Alto Frio reserves the right to turn off Wi-Fi services if misuse reduces available bandwidth to levels that impair camp business.
